1. Website information and inquiries

This website introduces our managed board game libraries and hosted game nights and lets prospective venue partners contact us or request a consultation. It is intended for adults age 18 and older.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation or selecting a plan on this website does not create a subscription, confirm an event booking, authorize payment or guarantee service availability. Prices, plan descriptions and other information may change. We will confirm the applicable scope, pricing and availability with you before you commit to a paid service.

2. Separate service agreements

Paid library services and hosted game nights are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement addresses service scope, billing, cancellation, game care, damage or loss and other service-specific terms. If it conflicts with these website terms on a matter relating to a paid service, the service agreement controls.

3. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not submit fraudulent or abusive inquiries, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with the website's operation or security, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization. Only provide personal information that you have the right to share.

4. Website content

Our website text, images, branding and other content belong to Tabletop Shepherd or their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. Other copying, modification or commercial use requires the relevant owner's permission, except where applicable law or a stated license permits it. Third-party game names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle website information and inquiries and includes our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings.

This website may link to or embed third-party services, including our Tally consultation form and social media pages. Those providers have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their websites or guarantee their availability or content.

6. Website availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. We may update, suspend or remove website content or features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not change any commitments in a separate service agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tabletop Shepherd LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law and updates

These website terms are governed by Texas law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may revise these terms and will update the date above when we do. Revised terms apply to website use after they are posted and do not retroactively change a separate service agreement. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
